HR Administrator and Employee Services Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an administration superstar to join our People and Culture team. If you have a passion for people, enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced customer-focused role, and excel in administrative tasks, this position may be the perfect fit.
The successful candidate will work closely with the P&C team to deliver employee services across the organisation, coordinate recruitment processes, maintain and update HRIS system Elmo, and provide administrative support focusing on employee relations and work health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-volume administrative support

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
