Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an administration superstar to join our People and Culture team, providing exceptional support for employee services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment processes and maintain, update and distribute employee documentation using ELMO or similar HRIS systems.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations and work health and safety initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative support role.
- Previous experience with ELMO or similar HRIS systems an advantage.
- Experience or exposure in providing recruitment administration support.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including effective communication with stakeholders.
- Able to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and use technology to undertake administrative functions.
- Estimated salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
