Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to serve families in your local community by coordinating and preparing all aspects of the funeral service. As an Arranger/Conductor, you will have the chance to develop new skills, earn qualifications, and progress your career in a personally rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service for families.
  • Work closely with families from initial contact to guide them through the process and respond to their requests with service options and solutions.
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family.
Requirements
  • You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on delivering excellent service, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • Possess a full, unrestricted driver's license.

Around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
