About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at Social Futures. As an integral part of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of employee services, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless delivery of these services, while also maintaining accurate records and databases. If you have a passion for working with people, possess excellent communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing offer letters
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and benefits enrollment
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as ELMO, is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
