About the Role- Coordinate and plan events, including set up and pack down, client communication, and supplier liaison
- Support the Event Manager in ensuring event details are accurately communicated and executed
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
- Immerse yourself in a culture of maximising client satisfaction, operational excellence, and driving revenue through upsell and value add propositions
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in a similar role
- Motivated leader with excellent time management skills
- Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
- Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends and competitors
- Computer literacy in MS office and familiarity with events management software
