Warranty Recovery Specialist

This is a key role in our Product Support Services team, responsible for driving improvement in warranty recovery.

As a Warranty Recovery Specialist, you will process warranty claims and provide advice and guidance to colleagues.

  • Process warranty work orders, including submitting claims to OEM's.
  • Provide technical support and coaching to improve warranty recovery.

You will have excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge of maintenance processes, and experience coaching and training teams.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage their time well, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
