Job Description:

The Maritime Domain Support Office (MDSO) is a key management resource that enables robust decision making, planning, and delivery of Maritime Domain Capability effects.

This position involves complex program management work within an integrated workforce ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for building team capability through coaching, feedback, and developing the quality of work undertaken by others, as well as contributing towards ongoing self-improvement and professional development.

About Our Team:

As a Program Management Support Officer, you will be assigned to one of the five Maritime Domain Programs and will support the Program Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of program management principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
