The Role

You will be responsible for supporting leaders to maximise talent and performance outcomes for their teams, while evolving the people & culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders in relation to employee matters, including performance, talent, engagement, and termination.
  • Investigate grievances and complaints, recommend and manage disciplinary outcomes as required.
  • Provide direction and support for key P&C lifecycle activities globally, including performance reviews and KPI development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in coaching and advising managers on people-related issues such as award compliance, policy interpretation, and performance management.
  • End-to-end experience with annual business activities such as performance and remuneration reviews, KPI development.
  • High emotional intelligence and a customer-focused mindset.
