Job Title: Talent Strategist

The Area Talent, Culture and Inclusion Manager plays a vital role in driving area-scale talent initiatives that align with our global people strategy.

This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies to grow and develop a diverse talent pool. The incumbent will partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop solutions, create and maintain talent review processes that identify high-potential employees and future leaders, and support the development and drive of talent initiatives that promote and align with APMEA South's ambition and long-term talent goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to foster a diverse talent pool
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address talent gaps
  • Create and maintain talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and future leaders
  • Support the development and drive of talent initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the development of the people strategy and collaborate with functional/country HRLT to deliver it at applicable levels
  • Lead and shape the Build, Buy, Borrow Talent Framework for the areas
  • Design and deliver inclusion training programs for employees at all levels
  • Establish and support employee resource groups (ERGs) to foster community and belonging
  • Lead area initiatives to create psychological safety and belonging
