About the Role

We are seeking experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our team at My People Solutions, a leading Registered NDIS Provider. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work with a range of clients in Melbourne, providing in-home care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality in-home care and support to NDIS Participants
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and social and community participation
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients and their families

Requirements

  • Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a support worker role
  • Qualifications in a relevant field, such as disability support or a related health profession
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registration through NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory

Shifts Available

  • Glen Waverly: morning and evening 2-hour shifts available every day
  • Rowville: evenings 3-hour shifts available every day
  • Laverton: morning 3-hour shifts Monday only
  • St Albans: daytime 5-hour shifts Monday and Friday
  • Broadmeadows: early evening after school Monday and Friday
  • Croydon: daytime 4-hour shifts twice a week
  • Healesville: various shifts available
