Program Manager: Strategic Portfolio Growth

The organization seeks a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Management Lead to drive excellence in portfolio and project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regular performance reports to governance bodies and stakeholders on portfolio and project health, including financial management and benefits realization.
- Liaise with Program Leads and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Oversee the Head of Portfolio and Enterprise Change and have line management responsibility for one Portfolio Analyst.
- Proven track record of managing a Portfolio Management Office or delivering programs on time and within budget.
- Critical skills in program and project health reporting, decision making, influencing, and financial acumen.
- Ability to provide strategic oversight and monitoring of interdependencies across the portfolio of projects.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and relational skills, with a proven track record of developing staff capabilities.
- Demonstrated skill in managing analysis and hypothesis-driven problem-solving.
- Developed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally and creatively.
