Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Specialist. In this key technical role, you will be responsible for providing solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, training, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing software installation, configuration, and support in customer environments for use in tests, training, exercises, and actual operations.
  • Setting up and testing integrations between software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Developing and delivering technical training to customer administrators and users.
  • Providing level 1 and 2 support to customers on software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest software product roadmaps to maximize value for customers.
  • Providing support to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope and on time.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat.
  • Experience in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, and ITIL (desirable).
  • A current NV1 Security Clearance.
