About the Role

The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for delivering pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account plans and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the partner ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Multiple years' experience in a technical pre-sales role.
  • Experience supporting the Federal market space with a focus on Defence accounts.
  • Domain knowledge in Network Observability, ITIM, Application Acceleration, AIOps, Automation, and Digital Experience.
  • Strong understanding of Networking and Observability technologies, including SNMP, Flow, Packet Capture, and TCP Fundamentals.
  • Able to present complex technical designs to business stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Sales-oriented, with a strong track record of closing deals and winning new business.
  • High trust factor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NV1 security clearance or higher.
