Development Assessment Coordinator

Griffith City Council is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Development Assessment Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient processing and decision-making relating to applications for development, land use, and subdivision proposals within the Planning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and input into planning matters throughout the development assessment process
- Maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Processing development applications
Requirements:
- Completed degree in planning
- Eligible for Planning Institute of Australia registration
- Australian Class C driver licence
What We Offer:
- 35 hours per week
- Commencement annual salary range from $108,102.72 to $118,908.24 (Grade 19)
