About the Role

Turner & Townsend seeks an Early Careers Advisor to co-ordinate, manage and promote early career development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and manage the annual graduate/cadet intake, in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all graduate related activities.
  • Co-ordinate interim/final assessments for completion of graduate and cadet development programmes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, briefing notes and correspondence on the development/progress of skill assessments, technical training completion, KPIs and metrics.
  • Co-ordinate events, workshops/sessions and resources to support professional development opportunities.
  • Support and facilitate the delivery of internal development activities.
  • Proactively develop and sustain stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Comply with SOX control responsibilities and Business Management Systems, including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management.

Requirements

  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field (preferable).
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Solid understanding and experience in supporting delivery of Graduate programs.
  • Experience in managing projects and programs, from inception to delivery.
  • Understanding of, and connection to relevant university partners and professional organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative, reporting, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in the coordination, preparation and delivery of workshops and presentations.
