Residential Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Regional or Area professional to oversee residential operations across Victoria.
Our Organisation:
We are a rapidly growing, not-for-profit provider of aged care and retirement living services. We operate across several states in Australia and are known for the great care we provide to our residents and the supportive working environment for our employees.
The Position:
We seek a full-time Residential Operations Manager to be based in Victoria.
This role will provide operational oversight to residential aged care homes within their portfolio. Aligning with our strategic plan, they will be responsible for identifying and improving existing processes as well as conducting future planning for ongoing growth.
The successful candidate will work from home but must be able to travel to various locations across Victoria to visit sites within their portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- Reports to Chief of Residential Aged Care
- Aligns with organisational strategy and expectations
