Job Summary

The Assistant Building Manager plays a crucial role in the Central Gardens Complex, reporting directly to the Building Manager.

This position requires exceptional communication and administrative skills, with a strong understanding of high-rise residential buildings.

  • Maintaining positive relationships with employees, residents, and committee members is essential.
  • Liaising with the Building Manager to ensure seamless operations is vital.
  • Providing technical support and problem-solving expertise is required.
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Workcover, and fire safety regulations is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong administrative skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Sound technical knowledge of high-rise residential buildings is necessary.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Understanding of OH&S & Workcover requirements is essential.
  • Basic understanding of Residential Tenancy law and Owners Corporation law is required.
