  • As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Residential Aged Care portfolio.

  • Pioneer innovative business solutions to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to drive business improvement, growth, and foster a culture of service excellence.
About You

Our ideal candidate is a passionate and solutions-focused individual who is driven to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You have a proven track record of success in residential operations and are equipped with the skills and expertise to handle diverse challenges and deliver exceptional results.

  • Current Registered Nurse Div 1 (APHRA) registration
  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Satisfactory National Crime Check, renewed every three (3) years
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations per Baptcare's Vaccination Policy
  • Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Full and ongoing Right to Work in Australia

  • Proven experience across multiple sites
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to mobilise and engage others in system, process, and behavioural changes
  • Proven ability to empathise and understand consumer and staff needs
  • Effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders
