About This Role

As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the end-to-end management of a varied portfolio including residential and commercial properties in Melbourne.

The Job Overview

  • Property Management experience is essential for this role
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Property Me, IRE, Snug for Leasing, and Inspection Express is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required

What You Need To Succeed

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is mandatory
  • Experience in managing a residential portfolio with commercial exposure is preferred
  • Strong communication skills & highly organized individuals are highly sought after
