Client (Owners Corporations) Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and community-minded professional to manage the operations of large-scale residential communities.

This role requires strong committee management skills, including chairing meetings and overseeing AGM operations.

  • Conduct onsite audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise contractors and manage client communications to foster a positive community environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience in owners corporation management, excellent communication skills, and a current driver's license. A police check is also required.

Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and a commitment to helping people become established in their living community.
