About the RoleThe Manager of Residential Aged Care Rostering plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional care and the well-being of our residents by leading daily rostering operations that create a harmonious and efficient care environment within our residential aged care facilities.
This includes optimising workforce utilisation, fostering customer service excellence, and championing communication among our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities- Spearhead the transition to a centralised rostering model, establishing consistent and efficient scheduling practices.
- Create and disseminate comprehensive rostering guidelines and procedures, ensuring uniform adherence.
- Continually refine and innovate rostering methods to enhance staff productivity and resident care.
- Cultivate a culture of open and effective communication among employees, ensuring that information flows smoothly and that the team operates cohesively.
The successful candidate will have experience in rostering and scheduling, particularly in a healthcare or aged care setting, with a track record of optimising staffing levels and minimising scheduling errors.
They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, including a proven ability to mentor and develop staff, foster a positive team culture, and inspire high-performance outcomes.
What You Will Need- A minimum of [X] years' experience in rostering and scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
