Job Opportunity: Senior Membership Manager

Membership Management Role Overview

This is a senior membership management position that involves strategic planning and daily operational delivery across services, communications, acquisition, retention, and database management.

  • Review and refresh the member value proposition to drive growth
  • Restore processes for Life Membership and Fellowship
  • Reintroduce welcome packs and streamline automated communications
  • Develop and execute a 2025 renewals and billing campaign plan
  • Solve issues with anniversary date memberships, credit card updates, and outbound communications
  • Lead a CRM/database clean-up project to improve data quality
  • Launch and manage a lapsed member campaign to re-engage members
  • Initiate student membership engagement and prepare pricing insights for 2026
  • Oversee the scholarship process from start to finish
  • Supervise the Membership Services team
  • Handle membership queries, upgrades, disputes, and other issues
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reports for the Membership Committee
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a membership professional
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results through others
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and member value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to tailor approach to different member types
