The role is focused on cultivating meaningful connections and experiences for our existing community while driving new member growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

This dynamic position plays a key role in increasing occupancy across our spaces by working closely with internal stakeholders, conducting sales tours, and providing personalized support to prospective members to ensure they find the right solution for their needs.

As an Assistant Membership Manager, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from initial contact through to successful onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and traveling across locations to support tours and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new membership sales and support member retention across multiple locations
  • Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to successful onboarding
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Travel across locations to support sales efforts, tours, and events
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM systems
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or membership-based environments
  • Proven ability to work independently and make high-level decisions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Natural solutions-focused approach with a strong desire to help others succeed
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus
