Fitness First is a leading global fitness brand with 51 clubs across New South Wales and Victoria, Australia. Our mission is to inspire people to excel through fitness and wellness. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our success, interacting with members and inspiring them to achieve their goals.

You will have the opportunity to interact with diverse individuals from all walks of life, providing exceptional customer service, generating and converting sales leads, and promoting membership growth through outreach activities. You will also aid membership retention by assisting existing members with enquiries and providing personalized interactions.

This role requires proactive contribution to club sales, achieving lead contacts via telephone, and delivering sales presentations and tours to prospective members. You will also be involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a drive to excel. If you are a team player who can build rapport with people from various backgrounds and is motivated to help others achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply.
