The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial due diligence and transaction advisory services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively analyze detailed financial information, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Lead and participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with investigating accountant's reports for capital raisings and IPOs.
  • Coach and develop a team of talented juniors, building their skills and capabilities.
  • Leverage our integrated offering to build relationships and grow our business.
  • Assist with business development, client pitches, and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Academic qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and a CA or international equivalent.
  • Between 5-8 years of experience in a mid to large-size professional services firm, with experience in transaction diligence and financial due diligence.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with sound business acumen.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills, with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, attention to detail, and commercially minded.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
