Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for a variety of transactions

Analyse complex financial information and provide strategic insights

Prepare high-quality financial due diligence reports for buy-side, sell-side, and pre-lend assignments

Lead client meetings and conference calls, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Assist with Investigating Accountant's Report assignments for capital raisings and IPOs

Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in a mid to large size professional services firm, with a focus on Transaction Services

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business

CA qualification or international equivalent

Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and report-writing abilities

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Proven project management and multitasking skills

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
