About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting Group Management and Executive's longer-term decision-making and capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain medium to long-term Group financial planning approaches and models
  • Provide timely, accurate, and reliable financial forecasts and actionable analysis to leaders
  • Prepare and own financial models to support capital market and M&A activities
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and risks, and lead strategic projects to deliver value-enhancing outcomes
  • Support the development of the Group's ESG planning and reporting, and serve as the key point of contact to the Capital Investment Committee
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, with professional certifications such as CA or CFA qualified desirable
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including a strong understanding of corporate finance principles, approaches to forecasting, financial markets, treasury, M&A, and accounting concepts
  • Hands-on experience of developing complex financial forecast models, with high proficiency in Excel and exposure to group planning and reporting systems
