About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Valuations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation services to clients across various industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of valuation services for small to medium enterprises, large private companies, and listed public companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and pitch documents, as well as participating in business development activities.
  • Perform desktop industry research, research on comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, primarily in the areas of Valuations.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in reviewing and/or building financial models.
  • Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience writing reports.
