We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization in the role of Digital Learning and Training Specialist. This key position is responsible for enhancing employee skills and performance through the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
- Develop training materials and resources to support training initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with various department heads to understand their training needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques.
- Facilitate a range of learning and development activities.
- Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
A successful Digital Learning and Training Specialist should have demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse customers, ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining deadlines, and demonstrated experience in managing multiple learning and development projects, including leading training workshops.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Copilot for Microsoft 365 are also required. Change Management skills and previous experience with the Technology One One Council solution are highly desirable.
