Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist

Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding programs, planning and overseeing mandatory training, collaborating with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, and collecting feedback to assess training effectiveness.
">About the Role
">- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems, ensuring alignment with values, safety, and operational standards
- Plan and oversee mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources
- Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded
- The ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to build and maintain productive relationships
