Digital Learning Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on enhancing employee skills and performance through the design and delivery of engaging training programs. With a strong emphasis on digital learning, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training initiatives that meet the diverse needs of various departments.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver effective training workshops, leveraging your expertise in digital systems and adult learning principles.
- Develop high-quality training materials and resources, ensuring they are accessible and engaging for all learners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques, applying this expertise to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and priorities.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions for adult learners.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- Previous experience working with TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution is highly desirable.
