Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are: Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements.
Develop training materials and resources to support training initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with various department heads to understand their training needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training methods and techniques.
Facilitate a range of learning and development activities.
Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant A Successful Digital Learning And Training Officer Should Have Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging and effective training workshops relating to digital systems.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication across diverse customers.
Ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining deadlines.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple learning and development projects, including leading training workshops.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Advanced skills in Copilot for Microsoft 365.
Change Management skills.
Previous experience with the Technology One One Council solution.
