We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive our company's expansion initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue high-value business opportunities across target sectors.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective networking, market research, and lead generation techniques.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to build strong relationships and showcase our services.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and tender submissions that meet clients' specific needs.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly new business acquisition targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the security or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of guarding, patrol, and technical security solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
