Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to oversee multiple client accounts from concept through launch and beyond. This role requires partnership, problem-solving, and delivering on ambitious ideas.

  • Manage a portfolio of app development clients from concept through MVP to release and all ongoing development.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.
  • Work closely with project coordinators to align development, design, and client expectations.
  • Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables clearly and proactively.
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals.
  • Suggest enhancements, future versions, and growth opportunities beyond the MVP.
  • Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources.

About You

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project ownership in a technology or app-related environment. A strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts, or app development lifecycles is also required.
