Job Opportunity: Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive visitation and revenue growth across our theme parks through strategic partnerships and tourism channels.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and partner incentives to increase visitor numbers and maximize revenue opportunities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with trade partners, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate clients to drive business growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance our park experience
- Maintain and grow key stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and strategic collaboration
- Experience in a similar business development role, ideally within the attractions industry
- A proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
