We are seeking a forward-thinking and collaborative Learning Strategist to drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of our learning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering holistic learning strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Conducting comprehensive training needs analyses across business units.
- Developing and implementing engaging learning programs (in-house and outsourced) that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Partnering with stakeholders to support talent development, performance improvement, and succession planning initiatives.
- Overseeing the coordination and delivery of training logistics via the Learning Coordinator.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and reporting on outcomes to inform future strategic decisions.
- Leading projects including leadership development, onboarding programs, and digital learning solutions that enhance employee experience and organisational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements and maintaining accurate training records.
We are looking for someone with proven expertise in learning strategy or training advisory roles who has a deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and organisational development. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is experience managing or mentoring staff.
