Imagining a future where learning and development initiatives drive meaningful change is at the heart of this role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning programs that support our overall business strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging learning experiences, evaluating existing programs to identify areas for improvement, and implementing changes that drive results. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering annual learning programs that align with organizational objectives
  • Evaluating existing learning programs and implementing approved changes
  • Managing course development and delivery projects with internal employees and external providers
  • Contributing to the identification and design of tools to automate and streamline processes within Learning and Development
  • Training and supervising employees in e-learning skills
  • Partnering with stakeholders on the design and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives

Qualifications and skills required for success in this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing learning journeys, including content design
  • Demonstrated understanding of L&D technology and digital solutions
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high growth expectations
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of governance and ethics related programs (desired)
