As a Learning Design Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work with us to build innovative learning solutions that drive real business outcomes. We're looking for someone who can help us shape the future of learning and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building trusted stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Designing and developing contemporary learning experiences and solutions to build our culture of learning
  • Creating learning content using contemporary learning design principles and appropriate content authoring tools to address identified capability gaps
  • Continuously evaluating and updating learning programs based upon data insights
