Job Overview:

Design, build and manage the ongoing iteration of eLearning tools for legal and tax products to drive customer success outcomes, client retention and new sales.

As a Digital Training Specialist, you will work closely with practice and platform trainers, proposition and product teams to maintain the currency and relevancy of learning assets. You will also ensure training and support portals are maintained and working efficiently.

Requirements:
• Graduate or two years of experience
• Instructional design qualification and/or production experience in eLearning and digital training assets
• Ideal qualifications: training and/or Adult Learning qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in designing training programs
