Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential home. This is a permanent full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The Residential Care Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the clinical care team to focus on a culture of continual improvement and quality. This includes ensuring the home complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards and delivering high-quality resident care consistently throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to improve resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading the clinical care team to achieve quality and accreditation standards
  • Coordinating and managing resources, budgets, and staff to ensure efficient operation of the home
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in nursing, healthcare, or a related field (Bachelor of Nursing)
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, implement change, and drive continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
