Your Opportunity
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing quality planning and evaluating its effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For
  • A strong business acumen with experience in financial management and delegation of tasks.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Aged care experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
  • Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly sought after, along with current AHPRA nursing registration.
