Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Operations Manager to lead our residential team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, delivering high-quality care and services, and fostering a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence.

The Residential Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with aged care quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.

You will have access to a dedicated leadership team and a committed team of nurses and carers, as well as support from a Regional Manager and centralised teams.

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
  • Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
  • A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
