**About the Role:**

This is a senior position in residential care where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to residents and their families. You will lead with purpose and manage effectively.

The role requires strong leadership skills, aged care experience, and the ability to delegate. You will be responsible for undertaking the overall responsibility of operations, creating a positive work culture, managing finances, and ensuring quality planning and implementation.

  • Undertake the overall responsibility of the operations of the home
  • Create a positive work culture through effective leadership and HR management
  • Manage finances and budgets effectively
  • Ensure quality planning, implementation, and evaluation

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
  • Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
  • Aged care experience highly desirable
  • Previous management experience of diverse teams
  • Knowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation, and continuous improvement
  • A passion for aged care
  • A commitment to Christian values
