Deputy Operations Manager

Job Title: Deputy Residential Manager, Warrawong
Our organisation is committed to supporting older people and creating inspiring communities through delivering innovative care services.
We seek an experienced Deputy Residential Manager for our 100 bed facility in Warrawong. The successful candidate will ultimately support the Residential Manager in the overall operation of the home, leading and reinforcing quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Residential Manager to achieve operational and care deliverables including clinical, financial, compliance, customer service and wellbeing targets.
- Lead and manage Clinical and Wellbeing staff to achieve operational and care deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of quality management and accreditation.
- Assess customers and maximise revenue using ACFI systems.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Leadership and operational experience in a residential care home.
- Extensive nursing experience at a senior level with responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams blending clinical care with customer lifestyle and wellbeing.
