Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Showroom Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the smooth operation of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for showroom calls and appointments, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented, and stocked showroom with up-to-date samples.
  • Support sales and installation teams with administrative tasks and service coordination.
  • Facilitate commercial operations and logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Problem-solve and think holistically to support smooth operations and logistics.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-focused individual.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs for logistical planning.
  • Previous showroom, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage.
