Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Showroom Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for showroom calls and appointments, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and keeping everything operating smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and administration tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, well-presented, and stocked with up-to-date samples
- Assisting sales and installation teams with administrative tasks and service coordination
- Facilitating commercial operations and logistics
- Problem-solving and thinking holistically to support smooth operations and logistics
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proactive and dynamic approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of Melbourne suburbs for logistical planning
- Previous showroom, customer service, or administrative experience (an advantage)
