We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Showroom Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless showroom operations. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities- Manage showroom inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
- Assist sales and installation teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries to ensure efficient and timely processing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Proactive, Dynamic, and Solutions-Focused Individual
- Excellent Organisational and Communication Skills
- Experience with Accounting Software (Xero)
- Knowledge of Melbourne Suburbs for Logistical Planning
- Previous Showroom, Customer Service, or Administrative Experience an Asset
