IR/ER Business Partner

About the Role:
As an IR/ER Business Partner at Cement Australia, you will play a critical role in leading the end-to-end negotiations of complex employment agreements and collaborating with HR Business Partners to develop strategic mandates.
About You:
- Experience in IR/ER Business Partnering, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or logistics
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and implementing industrial agreements
- Contemporary knowledge of relevant industry standards, best practices, and trends
- Ability to influence and collaborate as a senior member of the P&C team
- Strengths in providing leadership and direction to junior team members
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the business, demonstrating strong listening and negotiating abilities
- Well-developed forward planning, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective networks with industry, colleagues, and stakeholders
