HR Administrator

Cement Australia is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Darra. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the HR team, including processing new starters, terminations, and employment changes in SAP, as well as managing the business organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new starters, terminations, and employment changes in SAP
- Manage the business organizational structure in SAP
- Collate and upload training documents into the training platform (SABA)
- Set up online training as requested and approved by stakeholders
- Manage the central HR Support and Training inbox and act as the first point of contact for all HR systems, processes, and master data queries
- Manage system queries and support the escalation of system faults to the vendor
- Continuously learn about the systems used, developing strong relationships with IT, Finance, and other specialists to ensure maximum use of available data and platforms
- Provide people master data reporting support to the HR team and business as required

- A driven self-starter with strong initiative
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and IT systems (preferred), or a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Ability to build effective relationships with and influence leaders who are typically remote
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in supporting end users to resolve queries
