HR Business Partner

About the role:
Cement Australia is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join its team at the Head Office in Darra.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day functions, including:
- Processing new starters, terminations, employment changes, and managing the business organisational structure in SAP
- Collating and uploading training documents into the training platform (SABA)
- Setting up online training as requested and approved by stakeholders
- Managing the central HR Support and Training inbox and acting as the first point of contact for all HR systems, processes, and master data queries
- Managing system queries and supporting the escalation of system faults to the vendor
- Continuously learning about the systems used, developing strong relationships with IT, Finance, and other specialists to ensure maximum use of available data and platforms
- Providing people master data reporting support to the HR team and business as required
- Performing everyday administrative and ad-hoc functions as guided

About you:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A driven self-starter with strong initiative
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and IT systems (preferred) or a willingness to learn
- High attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Ability to build effective relationships with and influence leaders who are typically remote (based in a different location)
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in supporting end users to resolve queries
